Simon Ssenyonga Simon, a lawyer and spiritual son of renowned founder of Zoe Fellowship, Elvis Mbonye, has revealed that all what transpired in Sudan were orchestrated by God. Ssenyonga says it did not come as surprise to the Mbonye ministries followers since he had already prophesied the events.

Left: Elvis Mbonye. Right: Deposed Sudan leader Bashir.

Ssenyonga adds the reason why leaders don’t get to know their fate is that they have failed to give ear to God’s messengers.

“You cannot separate church and politics but what has happened is that they (leaders) have ignored what the bible says,” he said.

Turning onto home turf, Ssenyonga criticizes President Museveni’s relationship with the church, saying the Ugandan president fears and respects witch doctors more than church leaders and that’s why he is always giving orders to the church yet he doesn’t do the same with witch-doctors.

“Most of these guys (church leaders) have been reduced to beggars of the President and Government. This is so because they are broke and so they look at President Museveni as their ‘God’,” Ssenyonga said.
