Kenzo: Sheebah and Cindy needn’t battle. But if they want it to make money, let them take their battle to Guinea or Mali, Uganda is too small

Multiple award-winning artiste Eddy Kenzo has weighed in on the ongoing spat between leading local female singers King Cindy and Queen Sheebah, saying there is no need for such extraordinary talents to battle or beef.

Kenzo says each of the two dancehall sensations has her own distinctive gift which they must instead use to inspire each other, instead of fighting. He is of the view that if the battle continues to accelerate in the mutual bad spirit in which it kicked off, it will cause divisions in the music industry and won’t help either artiste or their cam.

The Big Talent boss, however, adds that both artistes can reap big from the proposed music battle if they organise it with an occupational purpose and outlook.

“They can take the battle to Guinea or Mali; they should not be in this small circle (Uganda). If they have proved to Ugandans, they can do the same in other countries, “Kenzo said.
