Events MC and TV presenter MC Kats shocked revelers who were out for Valentine’s Day fun yesterday evening as he stormed the stage and interrupted his now ex-girlfriend Fille’s performance by grabbing the microphone from the Love Again hit-maker as she sang. This was at Wave Longue, a nightspot along Acacia Avenue in Kololo.

Fille was doing about her second song after taking to the stage when Kats jumped to the podium from the blue and  grabbed the microphone from the singer, telling the audience that he had the right to stop her performance or do anything he wants with her because it is him who made her a star singer.

A scuffle almost ensued as bouncers seemed to want to jump onto the stage and pull Kats away, but somehow they didn’t and it was Fille who humbly climbed down the stage, suffering a premature end to her performance. It would seem like Kats was able to have his cake and cut short Fille’s performance only because Thursdays at Wave Longue are organized and hosted by him, making him the man
