First Son Muhoozi promoted to Lt. Gen.; Police Deputy Sabiiti now Major General

First Son Muhoozi Kainerugaba and Deputy Inspector General of Police Sabiiti Muzeeyi are some of the reknown names among 2,031 UPDF personnel who have been promoted to various ranks in a reshuffle announced today.

A statement from the Ministry of Defence and Veteran Affairs released today afternoon announced that H.E the President and Commander in Chief of the Uganda People’s Defence Forces has confirmed the promotion of the 2,031 soldiers.

The top-most movers on the list are new full generals  Ivan Koreta and Joram Mugume, who attain the highest rank in the land up from the rank of Lt. General.
