Ugandan music legend, Jose Chameleone is set to open a radio station next year which will be called Chameleone FM. But it won’t air any politics – unless you have a billion shillings to spend.

It will carry purely Ugandan content that is premised on promoting local talent, production and expertise.

“I am starting Chameleone FM and I will support that one politician who will invest one billion shillings in it,” Chameleone said.

Chameleone noted that politicians have a tendency of forgetting the people who made numerous sacrifices to get them where they are and for that reason, there is no love lost between him and them.

“I want to support the politician who will support me first because when they get in power they forget that we supported them,” the Saba Saba man added.
