The new Leader of Opposition, Betty Aol Ochan has snubbed Kyadondo East MP, Robert Kyagulanyi (Bobi Wine) in her Shadow Cabinet announced on Thursday afternoon.
AOL has instead appointing suprising names including Kato Lubwama (Lubaga South MP) who was appointed Culture and Performing Arts minister.
The People Power leader who given several opposition parties a run fir their money has since joining Parliament worked to galvanise the opposition into a vessel of progress.

Several MPs inclusing Muwanga Kivumbi (Butambala County MP), Joseph Ssewungu (Kalungu West MP), Gerald Karuhanga (Ntungamo Municipality), Paul Mwiru (Jinja East) have over time embranced People Power circles – an indication that Bobi Wine was doing a good job a uniting force in the opposition.
It is not clear whether the rumours of his alliance with Gen. Mugisha Muntu’s ‘New
Formation’ could have put him at a disadavantange.
Some opposition historicals such as Winfred Nuwagaba, Ibrahim Kasozi, Mathias Mpuuga have retained their respective positions.
