It seems President Yoweri Museveni’s current cash bonanza has created more enemies than friends.

According to Sylvia Namutebi (Maama Phina), the head of Uganda’s Traditional healers or bluntly put – witch doctor’s association, the president has benefitted immensely from her association’s members but he has never paid them back in kind.

“If he [Museveni] does not visit us with a bag of money, we shall support People Power. He cannot be moving around giving people who did not support him money when were are here,” she said.

Phina assured her association members that she is confident that the president will come around and support them.
