It is raining both yellow, rain and money in Kampala Capital City as President Yoweri Museveni moves around the city to interface with businessmen, taxi operators, and SME owners.

Some roads have been cordoned off to allow easy traffic flow especially downtown where the president is expected to also meet arcade owners.
