Former Prime Minister and presidential candidate John Patrick Amama Mbabazi has been awarded a new job on the Brazaville Foundation Advisory Board. His appointment was confirmed last week; “We’re honoured to announce that M. Amama Mbabazi, former Prime Minister of Uganda has joined Brazzaville Foundation’s advisory board,” read the update.
With immediate effect Mbabazi will be rubbing shoulders with former political officials who are on the foundation board; Former Nigerian president Olusegun Obasanjo, Former South African President Kgalema Motlanthe, Former France First lady Cécilia Attias, Nobel Prize winner and former president of East Timor Dr. José Ramos-Horta and former Guinea’s former Prime Minister, Mr Kabine Komara among others.
The Foundation is an independent, non-profit organisation, registered as a charity in the UK. It is managed by an experienced Board of Trustees, supported by an international Advisory Board made up of highly distinguished individuals whose experience and expertise enable them to give guidance to the Foundation and assist it in its work.
