Father who was filmed caning own son sheds tears, apologises

Daniel Kibuye the man who was filmed caning his five-year-old son, Jeremiah Makubuya a ‘Middle Class’ pupil at a school in Kamwokya, Kampala was arrested earlier today.

In the video, Daniel is seen punishing his son in a way that Facebook ‘moralists’ deemed too harsh.
