Kyadondo East MP, Robert Kyagulanyi, popularly known as Bobi wine has lashed out at the government for frustrating his income streams after cancelling his own concerts and now stopping the Galaxy FM annual Zzina Festival from going on at One Love Beach – the MP’s private facility was cancelled.

“I am doing music as may business because it is how I support my family. From how I see it, the government is working hard to make sure I run broke,” Wine said.

“The government stopped me from doing the Kyarenga Concert at Namboole Stadium, I took it to Busabala. But ever since, the police has been cancelling my other shows countrywide. Not even this one [Zzina Fest]  where I am not singing, it has been cancelled,” Bobi Wine added.

The Ghetto President has now advised the police is to stick to keeping law and order leave issues of music to those who understand them best.

Police Spokesperson, Emilian Kayima, yesterday said that they had discussed with the singing politician on how to proceed but he has been adamant and hence had to be retrained.
