When Jose Chameleone stepped on stage, she blew away wads of cash. Singer AgaNaga and Papa Cidy too joined in to gain from the freebies as crispy Shs50,000 notes decorated the stage.
Comedians Madrat and Chiko were others who benefited from Sheilah’s laissez faire day out.
Well, she claims she blew Shs20m in total.
