Top comedians jet in for Salvado’s Africa Laughs show set for Monday

Well if you had doubts about the upcoming Singleton Africa Laughs season four hosted by Patrick Salvador, then it’s time to squash the fears for the organizers have confirmed the arrivals of seven international comedians tomorrow.

Prof Hamo (Kenya), Kevin J (UK), Basket mouth (Nigeria), Alfred Kainga (Zimbabwe), Eddie Kadi (Congo), Mc Jessy (Kenya) and Arthur Nkusi (Rwanda) are all expected to touch down at Entebbe International Airport between 1-5pm tomorrow Saturday in preparation for the October 8 show at Kampala Serena Hotel.

The spectacle lifted comedy fan’s expectations over the top when the juicy line-up was announced at the launch last month. News of the star-studded squad’s arrival should now force many to tap into their savings with the hope of laughing away on the Independence Day eve.

Talking to journalists at the launch a few weeks ago, Salvador could not help boasting of how comedy roaster of such caliber was not an everyday thing, asking all comedy fans to show up and experience humor from different cultures. 

The line-up will also include established comics such as Daniel Omara, Prince Emma, Ronnie McVex, Agnes Akite, and Madrat and Chiko.

Individual tickets go for only Shs100,000 and a table is available for Shs3,000,000.
