The long-awaited chance to cast an eye on Kyadondo East MP Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine fell on lawyers Asuman Basalirwa and Medard Lubega Ssegona.
This was after the army steadily paraded the singing politician before the General Court Martial bench after it convened at Gulu Military Barracks Thursday afternoon.
Although the media was denied entry, Matooke Republic has learnt that Bobi Wine is alive although the lawyers declined to state in what state he was in.
“We shall address the media later,” Asuman Basalirwa said.
Earlier today, 33 of Bobi Wine’s co-accused charged with treason and remanded to Gulu prisons until August 30 by the Gulu Magistrates Court.
