LATEST: Abiriga’s driver was his brother, AK-47 cartridges recovered

A couple of cartridges for an SMG assault rifle popularly known as AK47 have been recovered at the scene of crime in Kawanda, police has revealed.

Also, Abiriga’s driver,  Kongo Buga Saidi, the second victim, in this assassination was Abiriga’s brother& and follower according to a press release by Police.

The Police has called for vigilance and calm as investigations into the assassination continue.

On Sunday,7am, the body of Abiriga will lay at Gadaffi Mosque for the Muslim community to pay their last respects. Abiriga being a Muslim should be buried today but a discussion was held with his family and the muslim community to hold on because of his stature.
