Ever heard of planes getting stuck in potholes? Well, take a seat. Anything is possible especially in this part of the world.  A video has gone viral on social media showing a plane stuck in one of the potholes at Wilson Airport in Nairobi.

The video posted by Daily Nation website, shows airport staff struggling for hours to release the plane from a huge pothole. The aircraft, a 5Y-SMK had its wheels stuck while taxing on the runaway.

Wilson airport handles over 120,000 landings and take-offs annually, but 90 percent are domestic flights.

Earlier this month, a plane carrying khat also known as miraa got stuck in a pothole at the same airport.
