Singer Toniks to make major comeback at Tusker Lite Kampala Night Run

Singer Allan Toniks has been off the scene for quite a while, but we can reveal he is set to make a major come back at the upcoming Tusker Lite Kampala Night Run. The night-time fun run is the first of its kind and is slated to take place on Heroes Day, Saturday June 9 at Torino Bar and Restaurant in Kololo.

The event will also give Toniks an opportunity to reannounce himself on the scene as the ‘Oli kumulamwa’ hit maker is one of the artistes who have been lined up to perform. Toniks, real name Allan Ampeire, will be performing his latest smash hit ‘Romance’ which has been getting good airplay on local airwaves since its release.

The singer who has always wowed especially the female audience is expected to bring his A game since this will be the first time in the past two years that he will be performing for a big crowd. The artiste performances will be the ‘after-party’ of the 2 km run Tusker Lite run which will be flagged off in the evening. Toniks will be performing alongside artistes like Fik Fameica, Cindy, and Beenie Gunter as the participants at the run turn into party-goers. Tickets to the run are going for shs30, 000 and can be got at Torino Bar, Definition store Acacia Mall and online via quicket.co.ug. Gates at the June 9 event will open at 3pm.
