The Azulato Children’s Festival, which is happening for the first time, will be held this Sunday, May 6 at the Seven Trees Gardens in Kololo. With hands-on activities, interactive workshops and live performances, this festival promotes the arts and sciences through fun learning experiences for children.

Children will participate in various activities such as creating a collective sculpture, mural painting, dance and music workshops, learning about robotics and digital animation among others. According to the organizers (Goethe-Zentrum Kampala/Ugandan German Cultural Society), the event welcomes all kinds of children rich or poor, able or disabled because their aim is to give all children a chance to enjoy learning through participation in fun activities.
