De Bar, the downtown Entebbe Bar where Mowzey Radio was reportedly beaten and sustained the head injuries that led to his death has  been re-opened.

Following the death of singer Mowzey Radio in February 2018, Entebbe Municipal Council decided to close De Bar. However a weeks months after Mowzey Radio’s burial, the Bar owners were given conditions upon which their bar would be re-opened.

Bar manager George Egessa apologized to the nation and assured revellers of  security.

He asked for  pardon from Radio’s family and the entire music industry.

According to Egessa, De Bar will always hold memorial function in February to remember the life of the fallen singer.
