As the nation celebrates 32th anniversary of NRA/M Liberation day, yellow man Hon. Ibrahim Abiriga will be amongst the 200 that will be awarded medals.
A few moments ago, guest of honour, H.E. President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni arrived at Arua hill, Boma grounds where the official celebrations are being held.
Speaker of the Parliament Rebecca Kadaga, Prime Minister Ruhakana Rugunda, Vice President Edward Ssekandi are among other dignitaries that are in attendance at the event.
