Who is Susan Kirabo Mukiibi?
She a simple lady mother of two beautiful children and a wife to Mr. Robert Mukiibi, Susan is passionate fashion designer, decorator, events planner and salonist and brain behind Suki the Outfit Destination.

What kind of services exactly does a wedding planner provide?
Church booking, identifying all service providers, booking and delivering at the day of the wedding. The wedding planner makes sure that the bride and groom get the best services and are very stress free on their big day.

Susan advises her clients on the best options for their big day.

How long have you been doing this?
It’s been 10 years. My business started as a fashion house then went into wedding décor and because of the high demand from people and customers I have been pushed into wedding planning.

Why should a couple consider using a wedding planner?
Because, its stress free, usually couples have limited time, so they don’t get time to meet with the right service providers, but with a wedding planner everything is on the safe side as they are more experienced and can perfectly monitor and run the event without them having to worry.

Susan helps a bride to select the perfect gown.

What has been the best part of working as a bridal wedding planner?
The best moment is to see my clients happy and also pulling off a successful function. The money is also good but my clients’ happiness and appreciation for my work is the best part.

Under her Suki The Outfit Destination fashion house, Susan makes dresses for the entire bridal party.

And lastly, what advice would you give to a couple planning their wedding?
They have to be keen when picking out wedding planners, lately there are so many people posing as wedding planners and then end up ruining people’s weddings. So they should always pick agencies that have a name and fear to lose it.

Suki is located on Sir Apollo Kaggwa – Makerere Road.
