Marcus Kwikiriza throws in towel at Capital FM

Capital FM morning show co-host Marcus Kwikiriza has decided to end his twenty-year long radio career. Marcus’ radio journey spans as far as 1998 when he had just finished school at Namasagali College.

Over the years he worked on seven different radio stations across three East African countries. Marcus joined Capital FM a few years ago and has been one of the most, if not the most celebrated presenter at the station.

Marcus said he decided to hang up the mic to concentrate on building his companies- Blackstar Entertainment and Imara African Coffee. One of Blackstar Entertainment’s major recent projects was managing artistes for the 2016 NRM campaigns. Marcus said he intends to put in more time into his other job; as the Johnnie Walker Ambassador, and at NBS TV where he hosts the ‘Another Round’ TV show. All the best Marcus.
