On his return to the Uganda Cranes camp after missing the double header against The Pharaohs, experienced midfield maestro Tonny Mawejje has vowed to bring an impressive impact to the team. According to the Mawejje who now features for Albanian side FKF Tirana, he is ready to give the best of his ability for Uganda to get positive results.
“I know how to beat Ghana because I have played more than 4 games against them. I am now rejuvenated and ready to give in all what I have to help Uganda get good results,” explained Mawejje.
With four days to go to the crash game between Cranes and the Black Stars, more foreign players have joined the camp with only Farouk Miya, Emmanuel Okwi and Denis Onyango the only notables yet to join. The boys will play their last warm up game against Madagascar tomorrow Wednesday at the StarTimes Stadium, Lugogo.
