Gen. Edward Katumba Wamala has this morning paid a visit to the ailing Mityana Municipality MP Francis Zaake at Lubaga hospital. The legislator had accused the general of punching him into unconsciousness during the Wednesday Parliament fracas.
However, yesterday, General Katumba denied punching the legislator but stated that he only restrained him from fuelling further confusion in the house.
In a video footage, Zaake was seen throwing chairs at security operatives before Katumba grabbed him and appeared to have landed a blow on him.
