Renowned Forum for Democratic Change ‘Pastor’, Happy David Ngabo who has been off the radar for a while has “resurrected.”

Ngabo was popular for leading the weekly prayers at FDC headquarters in Najjanankumbi last year during a campaign dubbed “free my vote”. The campaign was a peaceful way of protesting the results of the 2016 presidential elections that FDC insists were rigged.

Ngabo “resurrected” during an interview with NTV this morning.
