After the gruesome murder of Police spokesman AIGP Andrew Felix Kaweesi, there has been a strong wave of fear in the country. The AIGP, his body guard and driver were murdered in a manner that shocked Ugandans.

Many have been claiming the Policeman was hiding from a security threat. Others joked that he was one of the “security cameras” that had been installed.

However, it turns out, the Policeman was somewhere on I.U.I.U campus Mbale and was trespassing. He was caught by camera in position that portrayed him as one “hiding” but it had nothing to do with security threats. He was simply trespassing!
