NBS TV pumps Shs300m into Morgan Heritage concert

Grammy award-winning Jamaican Reggae Band- Morgan Heritage will be performing live in Kampala on April 13 at the Lugogo Cricket Oval and the latest we heard is that one of Uganda’s leading TV stations– NBS is pumping over Shs300m into the concert!

NBS will provide airtime, digital media activations as well as ticket giveaways to lucky viewers during their popular entertainment shows like Pundonor Magazine, After 5 as well as KUT.



According to Pamela Adongo, the NBS chief marketing officer, viewers will be required to call in and answer questions about the concert. “We want to make this a memorable experience for the viewers that have been loyal to us.

She added NBS will be providing live coverage of pre-show events such as the band’s arrival, press conference and all behind-the-scenes preps. Promoted and managed by Buzz Events, the Morgan Heritage Live in Kampala concert will go for Shs 50,000 for ordinary tickets and Shs120,000 for VIP tickets.
