Worshipers at Prophet Samuel Kakande’s Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) Mulago have come out to defend the price of “holy rice” that went viral last week.
As many have taken to social media to punch holes in Prophet Samuel Kakande’s introduction of “holy rice,” the flock couldn’t take the heat targeted at the SCOAN shepherd.
The flock of Kakande’s Synagogue Church of Nations claim that the rice is indeed holy and that they can testify to the miracles they have had in their lives after they started praying at the church.
“Why are you attacking the prophet?” asked a one Deo Ssekyanzi.
“If you’re not interested just keep quiet but if you want to know the truth just come to the church and see how Prophet Kakande has changed the lives of people in this country,” he added.
Deo went on to note that people who follow the prophet Kakande are not “stupid” because they have seen the miracles the man of God unleashes endlessly and if he says the rice is holy, it is because it is.
Asked why the man of God was selling the “holy”rice and at such an exorbitant price of 50k per Kilo, another of Kakande’s inner circle followers who preferred anonymity said, ”It’s one way of fundraising for the church building.”
The anonymous source also added that since he started going to Prophet Kakande’s church, his businesses have multiplied and he has been extremely blessed..
“I have been blessed by this man of God. Who am I to have a business with capital worth 30million? So what’s 50k to build God’s house when I earn profits of 50k and more daily?” the source exclaimed.
Prophet Kakande recently went viral when he unleashed “holy rice” which he’s selling at 50k per kilo. Believers are to sprinkle some of the rice into their food to release miracles and blessings.
It also turns out that the prophet owns large farms of rice worth over Shs. 7b as of 2014.
