While addressing Parliament yesterday, Hon. Evelyn Anite praised Speaker Kadaga stating that “they” had lost confidence in the house. She further stated that the suspended MPs should return to their parents for guidance.

“Thank you Speaker. You brought sanity to this House. We had lost confidence in this House. You gave back the hope to Ugandans.Actually we should have asked the suspended MPs to return with their parents. I shifted from the front seat, fearing for my life. The death threats that were sent were not just rumours. I received a threat that I will not see my 40th birthday,” she stated.
