President Museveni is on a three-day working visit in Belgium. While chairs were flying in the air yesterday on the floor of Parliament, the president was thousands of metres above sea-level flying to Brussels.
“Arrived in Brussels, Belgium this evening on a three-day working visit. As Chairperson of the East African Community, I will hold talks with the European Union President over the question of Economic Partnership Agreements and other related issues”, the president’s Facebook page read.
