Aruu MP Odonga Otto is not lying low-like-an-envelope after Hon. Anite Evelyn called him drunk while addressing Parliament in a live broadcast plenary session last Thursday. She also alleged that Odonga sneaks to State House to ask for money. The drama all started during the heated presidential age limit debate in Parliament, when Odonga Otto moved a motion seeking suspension of Anite from parliament.

After Anite responded saying, ” Hon. Odonga Otto was drunk and raising issues under the influence of alcohol so people should not take him seriously…Hon Odonga Otto was even drink driving…Hon Odonga Otto went to State House to ask Museveni for money but he denied thats why he is bitter because he was denied money”, she claimed.
