FDC’s Kizza Besigye enjoys lots of love from the population. His charisma presence evokes emotions; smiles, laughter and joy. While he has endured several countless humiliating encounters with the Police, with some experiences close to life threatening moments, one Policeman begs to be different.

Unidentified policeman was visibly excited when Kizza Besigye waved at him. He was perhaps star-struck and did not know how to respond. He saluted the retired colonel. During the presidential campaigns, Kizza Besigye was a recipient of several gifts from money, chairs, food from the population.
