News reaching our desk confirms that Jennifer Semakula Musisi is in for another three-year contract as the Executive Director of Kampala Capital City Authority.
The appointing authority, President Museveni has renewed Musisi’s contract which was due to expire on April 14.
Musisi was first appointed as KCCA ED on 15 April 2011. On 27 February 2014, Museveni reappointed her for another three-year term.
Although Musisi is a lawyer, advocate of the High Court of Uganda and seasoned administrator with a strong legal, administrative and leadership background, her reign at KCCA has not been a walk in the park.
However, Musisi had earlier regretted taking the job during Parliamentary Committee on Commissions, Statutory bodies and State Enterprise where she was grilled about her role in controversial Oil cash bonanza where she got Shs50m.
