She had quite the fashion year in 2016, winning two awards and showcasing in four countries on the continent. And now the fashion guru is off to Mombasa for her year opener.
Anita Beryl Ahikiriza is slated to showcase at the Mashafrika Design & Style Week tomorrow Saturday 24th, 2017 at Fort Jesus Museum Mombasa.
The Mashafrika Design & Style Week is a charity fashion design and arts event with a mandate to empower talented less privileged individuals in East Africa.
Among other prizes, the winners will get life mentorship from well-established designers who will also be present as judges.
