Uganda Rugby Cranes have endured a rocky start in the on-ongoing Dubai rugby sevens. Our boys were outclassed and bitterly humiliated this morning in maiden fixture by Africa’s number one ranked South Africa. They thrashed the hapless Cranes 46- 0 . South Africa controlled the game from the start the first whistle till the last like they were in a training session.  The Cranes were reduced to mere spectators as the boys from the Rainbow nation enjoyed a field day.

Technically the team lacked coordination and composure to handle their opponents. Uganda still has more two fixtures today. The Uganda Rugby Cranes is now back on the pitch to play another giant USA and later the underdogs Scotland in their last game.
