Ahmed Kimera Sseguya- the Mpigi police commander identified the two men as Enos Lukwago- a resident of Nateete and Abbey Musisi from Gomba. Mr Sseguya said the two men were intercepted by a night police patrol as they rode with sacks full of dog flesh on a motor-cycle registration number UDZ 051T.

The duo allegedly failed to explain to police where they were taking the dog fresh. Mr Sseguya said that on seeing the police patrol, the two men tried to flee, but the police gave a chase and arrested them. The two are still in police custody at Mpigi Police station as police investigations go on.
