The question all security forces asked themselves yesterday was, “where is Besigye?” This is after their besieged the opposition leader’s home yesterday, to stop him from attending “victory” celebrations organised by the opposition at Nakivubo Settlement Primary School.

Besigye’s car was towed by Police, but the Opposition leader wasn’t in and a search of all vehicles leaving his Kasangati home left Police puzzled.

There was speculation that he could have fled to exile, but this morning, he resurfaced for the Sunday service at the Namirembe Cathedral.
