Incumbent President Yoweri Museveni was on the campaign trail in Lwengo and Masaka districts this Wednesday drawing a mammoth yellow crowd.
The president made several promises including tarmacking several roads and a hospital for the people of Lwengo.
“Like I have said before, we shall tarmack the key roads around Masaka, including Vila Maria-Sebambule, Mpigi-Kanoni-Kabulasoke-Sembabule, Kyanakuza-Mateete and Mbirizi-Matete-Sembabule roads, with the latter joining Kyabakuza-Kiwanga-Kalisizo road.”
But he also had some counsel for the voters.
“Our people too should do four things; fear God, work for wealth, avoid risky lifestyles and support NRM,” he said.
