Rubaga South MP Kato Lubwama has lost the case in which his academic qualifications were being challenged by a concerned voter in the names of Habib Buwembo
Consequently, Justice Margaret Oguli-Oumo of the High Court has allowed Lubaga South voter Habib Buwembo to file an election petition to boot the portly legislator from the 10th Parliament.
This hangs the noose over Kato Lubwama’s young political that has been dogged by allegations of greed.
