This comes after Hillside was announced champions of yesterday’s Kampala regional spelling bee finals that were staged at Serena Hotel. A total of four schools from Kampala region made it to the finals, including Daffodils Primary School, Victorious Primary School, City Parents School and champions Hillside Primary School-Naalya. Aaron Kirunda, CEO of Enjuba (organizers of the competitions) stated, ‘’The National Spelling Bee competitions are  set out to bring a difference in the education sector by enhancing literacy and comprehension among children and the project has enlisted so much interest throughout the country.”
