Photos: Ugandans on the MTV Awards red carpet – who slayed who didn’t?

Several Ugandans attended the MTV Africa Music Awards (MAMAs) that were held in Johannesburg, South Africa on Saturday night. The big winner of the night was Nigeria’s Wizkid who was named Artiste of the year. Our representatives Bebe Cool, Sheebah and Kenzo came out empty handed, with Kenzo claiming there was a lot of politics involved. For more on the awards, click here. Let’s now talk fashion. Who on the Ugandan contigent killed it at the awards?

As a rule, Sheebah must always show some skin. She chose this shimmering wine red two piece with a bare midriff and long slit.

Bebe Cool chose a fitting grey suit. The only screamer was his new haircut.

Kenzo wore a checkered three-piece grey suit. He added colour with red boots. We also notice the red lapel flower.

Katsha De Bank accompanied Bebe Cool. Probably he was Bebe’s bag boy for the day, hoping to carry home the award in the Loius Vuitton bag.
