Promoter Suudi bringing back Timaya for Kampala show

We come with good news. Nigerian star Timaya is on his way back to Uganda! We have it on good authority that Timaya was recently booked for a show in Uganda by promoter Suudi Lukwago of Suudiman International.

Suudi was behind Timaya’s debut trip to Uganda last year when the singer headlined the debut Club Mega Fest regional tours in Jinja and Entebbe. Word on our desk is that Suudi booked Timaya for two concerts in Uganda before the year ends.

A source told us that Timaya is this time round likely to perform in Kampala and preferably Mbarara.

Born Enetimi Alfred Odon, the 36-year-old singer’s latest release Bang Bang is a big hit globally and it’s enjoying massive power play in bars and hangouts across the country.

Timaya is also behind hits like Bum Bum, My Body and Sanko.
