There was drama in Nakaseke Court this Monday, when Solomon Ssemakula, a man who claims to be Jesus Christ, insisted on the judge calling him Jesus.
Ssemakula who is charged leading a cult and conducting illegal gatherings refused to respond to his biological name when called by the judge, insisting that he is the son of God who has returned as it was written in the Bible!
The cult leader and his followers were remanded to Wakyoto Prison until July 20, when the case comes up for hearing.
But there was more drama as Ssemakula expressed surprise about why the Police was not handling him with the dignity he deserves as the “son of God.”
He referred to the cops as dragons and evil spirits bent on fighting God.
