Earlier this week, gossip sites ran a story indicating that singer Bebe Cool’s crooning son Allan Hendrick, had made comments saying his father “is not the best artiste in Uganda”. One site went ahead to write that Bebe was angered by Allan’s remarks and that the two were not on talking terms.

However, Allan, who is also a budding artiste, reached out to us and told us that the stories were false and baseless. “I don’t know where they got such things from! My father is the best reggae dancehall artiste in Uganda and East Africa as a whole,” Allan told us.

Allan went on to tell us that he suspected that the falsehoods were orchestrated by his father’s rivals; “Unfortunately some people that have failed to release good songs, are dragging me and my dad into useless talk. But if there’s any one that doubts Bebe Cool, I am inviting them to Serena Hotel on August 5, to witness first hand. Action speaks louder than words”.
