Police in Buikwe have called on a search for two men over suspicions of murdering their boss after he spent three months without paying their salaries.

The police ascertains that the two suspects on the run come from Mitoma District in Western Uganda and have gone into hiding after killing Mr. Abbey Kabwisa, a mechanic in Ndeeba, a Kampala city suburb.
The incident reportedly occurred on Tuesday when the deceased returned to his farm (from Kampala) to settle the dues. Unfortunately, he found that his workers had already had enough of the delay and couldn’t listen to anything he had to say, simply dragging him to a nearby bush and beating him to death.

Mr. John Ssebuwufu, the deceased’s neighbor, reports to have seen the beginnings of Kabwisa’s fate –as he recollects having seen the three parties argue before the two workers disappeared and Kabwisa’s body was dioscovered in the bush. Ssebuwufu also says that he saw some neighbors who heard noise from the bush rushing there, only to meet the suspects emerging and when they got to the bush they found Kabwisa’s body cut into pieces.

“Their boss had come to pay their salaries, but we did not find any money on his body which means they took it,”Ms Fauzia Nakyandiba, the Head of Criminal Investigations in Buikwe District said.
