Kenyan boy band Sauti Sol literally brought the house down during their performance at the Kampala Serena Hotel on Saturday night. Famed for their Sura Yako hit, the Kenyans had fans singing along and couples getting lovey dovey to their ballads.
“We have always prayed to come to Uganda, thank God we are here,” said the band’s lead singer Bien-Aimé Baraza. They also did songs like their current chart topper Nerea.
Swahili Nation, Michael Ross, Toniks, Maurice Kirya and Tabu Flo also performed at the show where tickets went for Shs200,000 for VIP and Shs100,000 for the ordinary section.
