Irene Ntale happens to be the most bankable female musician in the land at the moment. She might not command the highest performance fees yet, but when it comes to endorsements, she is inking the dotted line more often than her counterparts.

Sources in Swangz Avenue, a label to which the singer is signed confirmed that she recently bagged Shs100m to become the Ambition Mission ambassador.

“Irene has been an ambition mission ambassador since the beginning of the year, but due to her exemplary role, she has earned he self an extension of over Shs100m contract,” our source said.

As an ambassador, Ntale is expected to advocate against tobacco smoking among the youth.

Ntale was recently signed as Swedish cosmetics maker Oriflame’s East African ambassador, replacing Juliana Kanyomozi.

Our Swangz sources say that Ntale has chosen to invest much of the money in making a video for her song titled Kabugo, which will be released ahead of her August 28th concert that will be held at Hotel Africana.
