After his successful show at the Freedom City Mall in Najjanambi on Saturday, Aye singer Davido was booked to make an appearance at the Centenary Park based hangout Laftaz on Monday evening for their Drunken Monday theme night that features Team No Sleep members.

The deal was brokered by Pallaso who recorded a collabo with Davido and the TNS singer turned up with Davido who was wearing a Uganda Cranes jersey.

All was well with the Davido posing for selfies with fans until the hangout’s resident DJ Bony played Number One, Davido’s collabo with Tanzanian singer Diamond Platnumz.  Davido lost his cool and left the place cursing. Pleas from the hangout management to bring him back fell on deaf ears as he rushed back to his hotel.

Earlier on, info had it that Davido became Diamond’s worst enemy after recent Channel O Awards where Davido walked out empty handed and Diamond bagged three awards.  Davido felt insulted because Diamond won for the original version of his Number One song yet the Nigerian felt the collabo they did of the same song is the one that made it popular.
