Hahaha … It looks like the only thing Uganda Police can count is Kitu Kidogo. Otherwise what else explains this??? Afande Kale Kayihura and his boys (we almost forgot … and girls) celebrated 100 years of the existence of the Uganda Police at Kololo Airstrip on Friday. But then the banners read 1906 to 2014.
