Rumour has it that things are not as nice as they used to be in the Silk family. Whereas we yet to get details, inside sources told us there has been an exodus of workers leaving Silk Liquid bar and Silk Events over the past few months. Liquid Silk lost some employees including a one Brenda- the client relations officer, and their PRO Linda Lisa who have both since joined Club Guvnor.

Now, earlier this week, we learnt of the departure of Silk Events’ long serving PRO and Marketing Manager Moses Opolot. Opolot joined Silk Events as the pioneer PRO in 2008 and was elevated to PRO and Marketing Manager in 2011. However, the shocker is, by the time of his departure, Opolot had just been interested in taking up the new position of General Manager. Opolot is said to have turned down the offer and instead went ahead and quit the organisation.
